Chicken Cutlets


1 pkg thin sliced boneless chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying pan.

Heat oil in frying pan.  Dip each piece of chicken into eggs and then into bread crumbs.  Fry each piece of chicken for about 10 minutes each side over medium heat.
